It’s my second rü bag. I just love it so much. Hold my food, no spills and since it’s not an actual box, it’s so nice to fit into my backpack. Highly recommend!

Bought my ru in 2020, when it was super handy for bike rides to picnics and hanging out with friends distanced outside. My partner and I both use it for our lunch on alternating in-office days. It's the only one that fits my biggest bento box (the Monbento Square) plus some snacks. I have yet to find a lunch bag that hits the sweet spot of form and function so well. It's not a lunch bag that tries to be a purse like it's 2010, nor is it a rigid box that can never adjust to fit whatever's inside. Commuting also means the outside can get dirty and dusty, so being able to machine wash it is awesome. The fact that it rolls up to be so compact (or simply smaller when there's less stuff inside) is convenient, and the buckle clip handle is a game-changer I didn't know I needed. My only wish is that the handle strap could be shortened- if the bag is too full (which hardly ever happens), the top can't roll down enough to keep it closed. But I would recommend this bag over pretty much any other in this niche (non-insulated, fabric, office-friendly lunch bags).

It was time to retire our crusty school lunch bags. I ordered three replacements and these are working out great! Plenty of room for water bottles during summer sports camps. And great for middle school I picked three different patterns for my three very different boys and they LOVED them.

I like my bag a lot! The strap that snaps is very helpful and the bag seems very sturdy so far! I would prefer there not to be a cloth separation at the bottom of the inside of the sac bc it makes it difficult for Tupperware to sit level at the bottom, but other than that, I love it!
