**Please note: the times quoted in this shipping policy are subject to variation because of COVID-19. Canada Post has been relatively good about delivery dates. But we are experiencing delays and lost packages more often. We are super appreciative of your patience!

The following are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We do our best to process orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Keep in mind we're a small operation. And fulfill orders ourselves. So we do occasionally experience delays. If we are delayed by more than 4 days, we will let you know!

Shipping times are 2-8 business days within Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping in Canada is expensive. It's going to cost you $9 to $14.

I want to be clear: we are not pulling a fast one on you and making money off shipping. In fact, we usually lose a few bucks on each order because we subsidize the costs for 90% of orders.  

You will get a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24hours. If you don't, please check your junk and/or contact us. 

Damages:

rü supply co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Canada Post to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping to the United States 

Shipment processing time

We do our best to process orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Keep in mind we're a small operation. And fulfill orders ourselves. So we do occasionally experience delays. If we are delayed by more than 4 days, we will let you know!

Delivery times to the U.S. are approx. 5-10 business days. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping will cost you just over USD$6.00.

You will get a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24hours. If you don't, please check your junk and/or contact us. 

rü supply co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Outside of North America

We do our best to process orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Keep in mind we're a small operation. And fulfill orders ourselves. So we do occasionally experience delays. If we are delayed by more than 4 days, we will let you know!

Delivery times internationally are approx. 10-20 business days. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

You will get a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24hours. If you don't, please check your junk and/or contact us.
